Senior Marketing Coordinator - partner marketing (Toledo, OH)

Westbrook Ember Staffing Group places workers with employers around Toledo, and we need a Senior Marketing Coordinator to lead our partner marketing. Recruiters here keep in touch with people long after placement. What you will do • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Write clear copy about client orders for the website and newsletters. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. What we are looking for • Excellent writing and proofreading. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • One to three years in marketing or communications. Nice to have • Experience with client orders. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Toledo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
