Senior Marketing Coordinator - partner marketing (Rochester, NY)

Fernwood Vista Community Partners is looking for a Senior Marketing Coordinator. The job centres on partner marketing for client intake, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Write clear copy about client intake for the website and newsletters. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. What we are looking for • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • Excellent writing and proofreading. • One to three years in marketing or communications. Nice to have • Experience with client intake. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Rochester, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
