What you will do • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Write clear copy about retention for the website and newsletters. What we are looking for • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • Excellent writing and proofreading. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with retention. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
