Senior Marketing Coordinator - partner marketing (remote)

Ironwood Mill Arts Center is an arts centre in Seattle with a full calendar of events, and we need a Senior Marketing Coordinator to lead our partner marketing. You would join a large organisation of about 425 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Write clear copy about visitor services for the website and newsletters. What we are looking for • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Excellent writing and proofreading. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. Nice to have • Experience with visitor services. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
