Harborlight Fox Staffing is looking for a Senior Marketing Coordinator. The job centres on partner marketing for timekeeping, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Write clear copy about timekeeping for the website and newsletters. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. What we are looking for • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • Excellent writing and proofreading. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with timekeeping. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Providence, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
