Senior Marketing Coordinator - partner marketing (Philadelphia, PA)

Ironwood Cedar Legal Group is a law firm in Philadelphia serving businesses and individuals. We are hiring a Senior Marketing Coordinator to take on partner marketing. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Write clear copy about court deadlines for the website and newsletters. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. What we are looking for • Excellent writing and proofreading. • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. Nice to have • Experience with court deadlines. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Philadelphia, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
