Senior Marketing Coordinator - partner marketing (Indianapolis, IN)

Highbridge Lantern Community Partners is a nonprofit in Indianapolis supporting families with food, housing and job help, and we need a Senior Marketing Coordinator to lead our partner marketing. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Write clear copy about benefits enrolment for the website and newsletters. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. What we are looking for • Excellent writing and proofreading. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • One to three years in marketing or communications. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with benefits enrolment. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
