Senior Marketing Coordinator - partner marketing (Colorado Springs, CO)

Lumen Beacon Community Partners is a nonprofit in Colorado Springs supporting families with food, housing and job help. We are hiring a Senior Marketing Coordinator to take on partner marketing. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Write clear copy about benefits enrolment for the website and newsletters. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. What we are looking for • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Excellent writing and proofreading. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with benefits enrolment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
