Rivermark Fern Telecom Group provides broadband and phone service around Cleveland, and we need a Senior Marketing Coordinator to lead our partner marketing. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Write clear copy about network equipment for the website and newsletters. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Track results and tell the team what worked. What we are looking for • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • Excellent writing and proofreading. • One to three years in marketing or communications. Nice to have • Experience with network equipment. • Photo or video editing skills.
