Senior Marketing Coordinator - events and webinars (Toledo, OH)

Ironwood Pike Press Group produces print and digital publications in Toledo, and we need a Senior Marketing Coordinator to lead our events and webinars. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Write clear copy about print quotes for the website and newsletters. • Track results and tell the team what worked. What we are looking for • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Excellent writing and proofreading. Nice to have • Experience with print quotes. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
