Senior Marketing Coordinator - events and webinars (Richmond, VA)

Stonegate Umber Hospitality Group is a hospitality company in Richmond with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need a Senior Marketing Coordinator to lead our events and webinars. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Write clear copy about housekeeping schedules for the website and newsletters. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. What we are looking for • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • Excellent writing and proofreading. • One to three years in marketing or communications. Nice to have • Experience with housekeeping schedules. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
