Senior Marketing Coordinator - events and webinars (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Hollow Arts Center and adding a Senior Marketing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be events and webinars. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Write clear copy about volunteer programmes for the website and newsletters. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. What we are looking for • Excellent writing and proofreading. • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. Nice to have • Experience with volunteer programmes. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
