Senior Marketing Coordinator - events and webinars (remote)

Highbridge Vista Press produces print and digital publications in Austin. We are hiring a Senior Marketing Coordinator to take on events and webinars. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Write clear copy about press runs for the website and newsletters. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. What we are looking for • Excellent writing and proofreading. • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. Nice to have • Experience with press runs. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
