Senior Marketing Coordinator - events and webinars (remote)

Westbrook Quarry Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Buffalo. We are hiring a Senior Marketing Coordinator to take on events and webinars. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Write clear copy about card disputes for the website and newsletters. What we are looking for • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • Excellent writing and proofreading. • One to three years in marketing or communications. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with card disputes. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Buffalo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
