Senior Marketing Coordinator - events and webinars (remote)

Westbrook Vale Press Group produces print and digital publications in Des Moines. We are hiring a Senior Marketing Coordinator to take on events and webinars. You would join a large organisation of about 800 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Write clear copy about customer orders for the website and newsletters. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. What we are looking for • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • Excellent writing and proofreading. • One to three years in marketing or communications. Nice to have • Experience with customer orders. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Des Moines. • We reply to every applicant.
