Senior Marketing Coordinator - events and webinars (remote)

Ironwood Lakeside Legal Group is a Indianapolis practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff, and we need a Senior Marketing Coordinator to lead our events and webinars. You would join a small organisation of about 42 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Write clear copy about billing records for the website and newsletters. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Track results and tell the team what worked. What we are looking for • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Excellent writing and proofreading. Nice to have • Experience with billing records. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
