Senior Marketing Coordinator - events and webinars (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Umber Telecom and adding a Senior Marketing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be events and webinars. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Write clear copy about outage reports for the website and newsletters. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. What we are looking for • Excellent writing and proofreading. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • One to three years in marketing or communications. Nice to have • Experience with outage reports. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
