Senior Marketing Coordinator - events and webinars (remote)

Bluepeak Cross Legal Group provides legal services in Philadelphia across employment, housing and small-business law, and we need a Senior Marketing Coordinator to lead our events and webinars. You would join a small organisation of about 34 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Write clear copy about billing records for the website and newsletters. • Track results and tell the team what worked. What we are looking for • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • Excellent writing and proofreading. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with billing records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
