Senior Marketing Coordinator - events and webinars (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Basin Hospitality and adding a Senior Marketing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be events and webinars. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Write clear copy about group events for the website and newsletters. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. What we are looking for • Excellent writing and proofreading. • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with group events. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
