Senior Marketing Coordinator - events and webinars (remote)

Highbridge Vale Community Partners is looking for a Senior Marketing Coordinator. The job centres on events and webinars for grant reporting, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Write clear copy about grant reporting for the website and newsletters. What we are looking for • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Excellent writing and proofreading. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. Nice to have • Experience with grant reporting. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
