Senior Marketing Coordinator - events and webinars (Philadelphia, PA)

Northwind Birch Arts Center Group is a cultural organisation in Philadelphia presenting exhibitions and performances. We are hiring a Senior Marketing Coordinator to take on events and webinars. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Write clear copy about event logistics for the website and newsletters. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. What we are looking for • Excellent writing and proofreading. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • One to three years in marketing or communications. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with event logistics. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
