Senior Marketing Coordinator - events and webinars (Oklahoma City, OK)

Harborlight Beacon Staffing is a Oklahoma City staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles, and we need a Senior Marketing Coordinator to lead our events and webinars. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Write clear copy about retention for the website and newsletters. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. What we are looking for • Excellent writing and proofreading. • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. Nice to have • Experience with retention. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
