Senior Marketing Coordinator - events and webinars (Oklahoma City, OK)

Foxglove Ivory Legal Group is a Oklahoma City practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff. We are hiring a Senior Marketing Coordinator to take on events and webinars. People here care about clients, not just cases. What you will do • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Write clear copy about client files for the website and newsletters. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. What we are looking for • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • Excellent writing and proofreading. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with client files. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
