Senior Marketing Coordinator - events and webinars (Oklahoma City, OK)

Harborlight Bright Markets serves neighbourhoods around Oklahoma City with fresh food and everyday goods, and we need a Senior Marketing Coordinator to lead our events and webinars. You would join a small organisation of about 74 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Write clear copy about online orders for the website and newsletters. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. What we are looking for • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • Excellent writing and proofreading. Nice to have • Experience with online orders. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
