Senior Marketing Coordinator - events and webinars (Minneapolis, MN)

Bluepeak Ivory Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Minneapolis, and we need a Senior Marketing Coordinator to lead our events and webinars. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Write clear copy about guest bookings for the website and newsletters. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. What we are looking for • Excellent writing and proofreading. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • One to three years in marketing or communications. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with guest bookings. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
