Senior Marketing Coordinator - events and webinars (Madison, WI)

Highbridge Union Hospitality is a hospitality company in Madison with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring a Senior Marketing Coordinator to take on events and webinars. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Write clear copy about group events for the website and newsletters. • Track results and tell the team what worked. What we are looking for • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • Excellent writing and proofreading. • One to three years in marketing or communications. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with group events. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Madison, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
