Senior Marketing Coordinator - events and webinars (Grand Rapids, MI)

Westbrook Clear Arts Center runs a venue and education programmes in Grand Rapids, and we need a Senior Marketing Coordinator to lead our events and webinars. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Write clear copy about volunteer programmes for the website and newsletters. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. What we are looking for • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • Excellent writing and proofreading. • One to three years in marketing or communications. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with volunteer programmes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
