Fernwood Pine Staffing is looking for a Senior Marketing Coordinator. The job centres on events and webinars for timekeeping, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Write clear copy about timekeeping for the website and newsletters. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Track results and tell the team what worked. What we are looking for • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • Excellent writing and proofreading. • One to three years in marketing or communications. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with timekeeping. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
