Senior Marketing Coordinator - events and webinars (Grand Rapids, MI)

We are growing our team at Summit West Arts Center and adding a Senior Marketing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be events and webinars. You would join a small organisation of about 36 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Write clear copy about volunteer programmes for the website and newsletters. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. What we are looking for • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • Excellent writing and proofreading. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with volunteer programmes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
