Senior Marketing Coordinator - email campaigns (Rochester, NY)

Bluepeak Lakeside Arts Center runs a venue and education programmes in Rochester, and we need a Senior Marketing Coordinator to lead our email campaigns. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Write clear copy about event logistics for the website and newsletters. What we are looking for • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Excellent writing and proofreading. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. Nice to have • Experience with event logistics. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Rochester. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
