Senior Marketing Coordinator - email campaigns (remote)

Westbrook Basin Hospitality is a hospitality company in Oklahoma City with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring a Senior Marketing Coordinator to take on email campaigns. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Write clear copy about supplier orders for the website and newsletters. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. What we are looking for • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • Excellent writing and proofreading. • One to three years in marketing or communications. Nice to have • Experience with supplier orders. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
