Harborlight Kestrel Staffing Group connects candidates and employers across the Houston region. We are hiring a Senior Marketing Coordinator to take on email campaigns. Speed and follow-up matter. What you will do • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Write clear copy about timekeeping for the website and newsletters. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. What we are looking for • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Excellent writing and proofreading. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. Nice to have • Experience with timekeeping. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
