Lumen Junction Community Partners is looking for a Senior Marketing Coordinator. The job centres on email campaigns for benefits enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 24 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Write clear copy about benefits enrolment for the website and newsletters. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. What we are looking for • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • Excellent writing and proofreading. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with benefits enrolment.
