Senior Marketing Coordinator - email campaigns (remote)

Stonegate Quill Hospitality Group is a hospitality company in Charlotte with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need a Senior Marketing Coordinator to lead our email campaigns. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Write clear copy about group events for the website and newsletters. • Track results and tell the team what worked. What we are looking for • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • Excellent writing and proofreading. Nice to have • Experience with group events. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
