Cedar Junction Staffing is a Birmingham staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles. We are hiring a Senior Marketing Coordinator to take on email campaigns. Recruiters here keep in touch with people long after placement. What you will do • Write clear copy about retention for the website and newsletters. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. What we are looking for • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • Excellent writing and proofreading. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with retention. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Birmingham. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
