Senior Marketing Coordinator - email campaigns (remote)

Ironwood Glen Legal Group is a Boston practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff, and we need a Senior Marketing Coordinator to lead our email campaigns. We are a close group and share the work. What you will do • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Write clear copy about intake forms for the website and newsletters. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. What we are looking for • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • Excellent writing and proofreading. Nice to have • Experience with intake forms. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Boston. • We reply to every applicant.
