Senior Marketing Coordinator - email campaigns (remote)

Lumen Cross Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Austin. We are hiring a Senior Marketing Coordinator to take on email campaigns. You would join a large organisation of about 998 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Write clear copy about fraud alerts for the website and newsletters. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. What we are looking for • Excellent writing and proofreading. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • One to three years in marketing or communications. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with fraud alerts. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
