Senior Marketing Coordinator - email campaigns (Orlando, FL)

Foxglove Quill Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Orlando area. We are hiring a Senior Marketing Coordinator to take on email campaigns. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Write clear copy about reviews and feedback for the website and newsletters. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Track results and tell the team what worked. What we are looking for • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • Excellent writing and proofreading. • One to three years in marketing or communications. Nice to have • Experience with reviews and feedback. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Orlando, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
