Lumen Keystone Arts Center runs a venue and education programmes in Milwaukee. We are hiring a Senior Marketing Coordinator to take on email campaigns. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Write clear copy about volunteer programmes for the website and newsletters. What we are looking for • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Excellent writing and proofreading. Nice to have • Experience with volunteer programmes. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
