Senior Marketing Coordinator - email campaigns (Memphis, TN)

We are growing our team at Nova Oak Banking Services Group and adding a Senior Marketing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be email campaigns. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Write clear copy about card disputes for the website and newsletters. What we are looking for • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • Excellent writing and proofreading. • One to three years in marketing or communications. Nice to have • Experience with card disputes. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
