Senior Marketing Coordinator - email campaigns (Jackson, MS)

Northwind Wren Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Jackson area, and we need a Senior Marketing Coordinator to lead our email campaigns. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Write clear copy about customer tickets for the website and newsletters. What we are looking for • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • Excellent writing and proofreading. Nice to have • Experience with customer tickets. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
