Senior Marketing Coordinator - email campaigns (Grand Rapids, MI)

Harborlight Rook Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Grand Rapids. We are hiring a Senior Marketing Coordinator to take on email campaigns. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Write clear copy about pricing for the website and newsletters. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. What we are looking for • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Excellent writing and proofreading. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with pricing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Grand Rapids, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
