Senior Marketing Coordinator - email campaigns (Grand Rapids, MI)

Westbrook Lakeside Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Grand Rapids. We are hiring a Senior Marketing Coordinator to take on email campaigns. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Write clear copy about outage reports for the website and newsletters. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. What we are looking for • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Excellent writing and proofreading. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with outage reports. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
