Senior Marketing Coordinator - email campaigns (Grand Rapids, MI)

Harborlight Granite Community Partners is a Grand Rapids charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity, and we need a Senior Marketing Coordinator to lead our email campaigns. You would join a large organisation of about 498 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Write clear copy about food distribution for the website and newsletters. What we are looking for • Excellent writing and proofreading. • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with food distribution. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Grand Rapids, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
