Bluepeak Lantern Staffing is a Fort Worth staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles, and we need a Senior Marketing Coordinator to lead our email campaigns. Recruiters here keep in touch with people long after placement. What you will do • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Write clear copy about temp assignments for the website and newsletters. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. What we are looking for • Excellent writing and proofreading. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • One to three years in marketing or communications. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with temp assignments. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
