Bright Maple Staffing Group connects candidates and employers across the Des Moines region, and we need a Senior Marketing Coordinator to lead our email campaigns. Recruiters here keep in touch with people long after placement. What you will do • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Write clear copy about temp assignments for the website and newsletters. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Track results and tell the team what worked. What we are looking for • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Excellent writing and proofreading. Nice to have • Experience with temp assignments. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Des Moines. • We reply to every applicant.
