Stonegate Fern Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Cleveland area. We are hiring a Senior Marketing Coordinator to take on email campaigns. We invest in training. What you will do • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Write clear copy about customer tickets for the website and newsletters. • Track results and tell the team what worked. What we are looking for • Excellent writing and proofreading. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • One to three years in marketing or communications. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with customer tickets. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
