Senior Marketing Coordinator - email campaigns (Austin, TX)

Fernwood Ember Press produces print and digital publications in Austin, and we need a Senior Marketing Coordinator to lead our email campaigns. You would join a small organisation of about 103 people based in Austin. What you will do • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Write clear copy about print quotes for the website and newsletters. • Track results and tell the team what worked. What we are looking for • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • Excellent writing and proofreading. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with print quotes. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Austin, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
