Senior Marketing Coordinator - content calendar (Toledo, OH)

Nova Wren Arts Center is looking for a Senior Marketing Coordinator. The job centres on content calendar for volunteer programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 245 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Write clear copy about volunteer programmes for the website and newsletters. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. What we are looking for • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Excellent writing and proofreading. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with volunteer programmes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Toledo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
