Senior Marketing Coordinator - content calendar (San Jose, CA)

Westbrook Corner Press is a printer and publisher in San Jose serving local and national clients, and we need a Senior Marketing Coordinator to lead our content calendar. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Write clear copy about customer orders for the website and newsletters. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Track results and tell the team what worked. What we are looking for • Excellent writing and proofreading. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • One to three years in marketing or communications. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with customer orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
